A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

all items are sold as-is, where is when you purchase in the shop. You have the opportunity to handle and inspect it in person on site.
For items that are purchased through online sales there is a guarantee of it arriving safely in the condition it was viewed online. It will be packed well and shipped with tracking
Bigfoot Antiques does not pay for shipping, the purchaser pays for all shipping. What we do is safely handle your item, provide the boxes and paper and bubble wrap, safely packing it and taking your items to the post office
